Tashina Farr
Hi, I’m Tashina Farr! I am currently a Junior studying Molecular and Cellular Biology at the University of Arizona. I moved to Tucson from Saudi Arabia, where I was able to develop a love of science thanks to my amazing teachers. While in Saudi Arabia I was able to meet and interact with people from all over the world. Living in Saudi has allowed me to see the importance of diversity in our world! Being able to connect with others and learn from their perspectives is so valuable. The Bio/Diveristy Project is a great program to be a part of in order to help foster diversity in the science fields and support youth who are interested in STEM. I’m so grateful for the opportunity to continue to work with amazing people through this fantastic program.
