Michael Roberta

Hi my name is Michael Roberta. I am a senior studying Sustainable Built Environments with a minor in Business Administration. I joined the Bio/Diversity project to share my passion to improve our environment and encourage the principles of sustainability. This semester, I am teaching Kindergartners at Wheeler Elementary School. I hope to pass along what I have learned about environmental issues at the University of Arizona to the younger students of Tucson by exposing them to new concepts and ideas. My goal is to peak their interest in our environment and other opportunities in math and science that I believe will allow them to thrive. Growing up on the East Coast, allows me to see our Tucson community with fresh and exciting eyes. I want the students to see the beauty as I see it and to appreciate their surroundings and the world as a whole.
