Giselle Lugo

Hello, my name is Giselle Lugo! I am currently a junior pursuing a dual degree in animal sciences and law, with a thematic minor in environmental development and communications, along with an undergraduate certificate in Tribal Courts and Justice Administration. I’m very excited to start interning with the Bio/Diversity project this semester because I want to continue to help spread awareness and knowledge about our environment to younger students. I want to someday be an environmental advocate for Native American communities, and I know that along with my degrees, this internship is going to help me achieve that. I hope this internship helps impact future generations as well, on why the environment all over the world is so important.
