Eva Wilson

Hi there, my name is Eva Wilson and this is my third year studying at the University of Arizona. My major is Environmental Studies with a minor in French. I grew up next to Safford Peak with the desert as my backyard which influenced my love for the environment and all creatures big and small. The Bio/Diversity Project lines up so perfectly with my interest in Environmental Justice and my passion for native species, as well as teaching others about them. Additionally, the fact that it is partnered with the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum and Saguaro National Park was coincidental since I was once a docent at the museum and live on the outskirts of the park. The Bio/Diversity Project struck me as something that I not only wanted to do, but needed to do. I look forward to meeting new people who have a similar passion as mine for the environment and teaching young kids about the wonders of the planet Earth.
