Eleanor McDonough

Hello! My name is Eleanor McDonough. I am a Freshman at The University of Arizona studying geoscience in a major called Earth, Oceans, and Climate. I am also minoring in Marine Science. I am teaching 6-8th grade English language learners at Mansfeld Middle School. My original interest for this internship was because I am interested in educational outreach and creating different learning environments for different kinds of students. I learned valuable class interaction skills as well as gained experience within a classroom. I can't wait to use these skills to increase access to outdoor education in other places.
