Antonia Snyder

Hello, my name is Antonia Snyder. I am a senior at the University of Arizona. My major is Public Health with an emphasis on Health Promotion. I am excited to work with the Bio/Diversity project because it focuses on encouraging unrepresented students to pursue STEM careers. I am a Latina and a first-generation student and I hope to encourage younger students to pursue careers in STEM, while also teaching them about the importance of the environment and its biodiversity. I hope to instill the importance of diversity within STEM careers and ensure that students can see themselves as scientists.
