Sophie Shuring

Hi, my name is Sophie Schuring! I am a senior majoring in Environmental Studies and minoring in Urban and Regional Development. I teach a third grade gate class at Wheeler Elementary School. I am excited to be interning with the bio/diversity project because I am most passionate about environmental education. I believe it is something that everyone should have access to whether they are visiting national parks/forests or in a classroom setting. I hope through this internship I am able to inspire the future generations to explore the topics of biodiversity and the environment!
